Percy's Tavern (#Percys_Tavern, on comicserv1-4)is a new MSChat chat room, that's a little different from other chat rooms.
We have implimented a standard set of sounds, characters and a background for the chat room, to make the experience more fun.
We have 41 extra characters for MSChat 2.0 and higher.
We have a few hundred extra sounds.
And we have our own background image for the tavern.
